It was another coup for WORLD OF WORDS today as we arranged for TV and radio gardening personality Terry Walton to speak online to a couple of classes at the top end of Ton Pentre Junior School. Terry was first class and scored a success with his erudite expertise and enterprise. In return the children were a joy with their enthusiastic questions and observations.
It is a tonic to organise these events and offer the chance for youngsters to gain such valuable experiences from an array of notable and knowledgeable personalities.
